Generac generators need annual inspection and maintenance once each every year， such as replacing filter and oil change, also inspection of electrical circuit connection, spark plug, battery and etc. it also needs auto run test twice a month which will be monitored by Generac generator APP.

● Installed equipment comes with Manufacturer’s standard five year warranty. Customers will register the serial number of the generator and the transfer box to complete the warranty registration.

● TOP LUMEN LIGHTING, LLC offers Extended Warranty- Parts, Labor, Travel (years from the date of installation)
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
● TOP LUMEN LIGHTING, LLC offers full-service maintenance agreements. The recommended agreement
for your home is a Semi-Annual agreement with two visits per year. The first visit is a full-service visit with
oil and filter change, inspection and adjustments and transfer test, Second Visit is an inspection only with
adjustments.
